We want you to explore our range with confidence. That’s why we created our Taste Promise - if something isn’t to your taste, no worries! You can return it for a full refund within seven days. We’re sure you’ll love our products, but if they’re not for you, simply email support@serenova.co.uk, and we’ll take care of the rest.

About the "Taste Promise"

The Taste Promise is available for first-time customers only.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

Only applies to orders up to £100, orders over this amount are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed within seven working days, with an additional three to five working days for the funds to reach your account.

Available only to customers who purchased through a coach or via our website.

You have the statutory right to cancel your order after we have accepted it and up to 14 days after receiving your order. Please note: This right to cancel does not apply to items that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed unless they are faulty.

1. Download the returns form which you can find in our return FAQs in the support pages. 2. Send your return by post. We recommend using a recorded or special delivery service to ensure it reaches us safely. 3. We will confirm once it has arrived at GHQ. Please note: This right to cancel does not apply to items that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed unless they are faulty.

Once we receive your return at GHQ, our team will process it and issue a refund. Refunds will be processed within seven working days, with an additional three to five working days for the funds to reach your account. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
