Competition Period.

The competition opens at 12:00 am on 30th September 2025 and closes at 11:59 pm on 28th October 2025. Any entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

How to Enter.

To enter this competition, you must complete the entry form on the Pause Live website at https://www.pauselive.com/competitions during the competition period. Entries must be submitted via the Pause Live platform only.

Eligibility.

The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over only. Employees of Serenova, Pause Live, their families, agents, and anyone professionally connected with this promotion are excluded from entry. Only one entry per person is permitted.
Entrants must provide accurate contact information.

The Prize.

There are 10 prizes available. Each prize consists of one month's supply of Serenova Balance & Boost menopause supplements worth £82.50 RRP. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash alternative. Prize flavours will be allocated by Serenova and may vary between winners.

Winner Selection & Notification.

Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received. Winners will be contacted within 7 days of the competition closing date using the contact details provided at entry. Winners must respond within 14 days of notification to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within the specified timeframe, Serenova reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Prize Selection.

Prizes will be dispatched within 28 days of winner confirmation. Delivery is to UK addresses only. Serenova is not responsible for prizes lost or damaged in transit. No responsibility is accepted for technical failures that may affect prize delivery.

Data Protection.

By entering this competition, entrants agree to their personal data being processed by both Pause Live and Serenova for the purposes of administering this competition and future marketing communications as outlined in the Privacy Notice available at www.serenova.co.uk. Entrants ' data may be shared between Pause Live and Serenova for marketing purposes. Entrants can opt out of Serenova marketing communications at any time by contacting Serenova directly.

General conditions.

Serenova reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this competition at any time without prior notice. Serenova's decision regarding all aspects of this competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into. These terms and conditions are governed by English law. By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
