Joining the Programme
What is the Affiliate Programme?
Who can apply to become a Serenova affiliate?
Anyone who is interested in promoting Serenova can apply. Applications are reviewed before approval, and participation is subject to the Affiliate Programme terms and conditions.
How do I join?
Create a Serenova account. Once Your account is created you will be able to apply to be an Affiliate via the menu on the left-hand side Simply complete the affiliate application form and submit your details for review.
What happens after I submit my application?
Your application will be reviewed by the Serenova team. If approved, you will be notified via email, and your Affiliate account will be activated. You will then have access to your Affiliate dashboard, and be able to generate links and use your Affiliate code.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. There is no membership fee to join the Serenova Affiliate Programme.
Links & Codes
How do I create my Affiliate links?
Log in to your affiliate dashboard and go to Promo Data. Copy the URL of any Serenova webpage, e.g. a product specific page or the shop page, paste it into the affiliate link generator and select create. Your unique tracking link can then be shared with your audience.
Can I create more than one affiliate link?
Yes. You can create Affiliate links for individual products, the main shop page, or other Serenova website pages that you want to promote.
Do I receive an affiliate code as well as a link?
Yes. Approved Affiliates receive an exclusivecode, which customers can use at checkout.
Can I request a unique promo code?
Yes. You can request 1 custom Affiliate code, subject to approval. Requests should be emailed to support@serenova.co.uk. If approved, codes will be created within 5 working days of receiving the request, and a confirmation will be sent via email.
Does the affiliate link expire?
The link itself does not expire for the Affiliate, provided the affiliate keeps it available in their dashboard. Customers need to click through the link again for future purchases, so tracking and discount can be applied.
How long does affiliate links last for customers?
A customer is associated with your referral link for 72 hours after clicking on your link, or until they clear the cookies in their browser. If they place an order during this period, the sale will be attributed to your Affiliate account.
Earning Commission & Payments
How do I earn commission?
You earn commission when a customer places an eligible order through your Affiliate link or uses your exclusive Affiliate code at checkout.
Commission may be adjusted if orders are cancelled or returned.
How much commission will I earn?
You can earn from 5% commission. Full details of your commission level will be provided once your application has been approved.
When does commission become available to withdraw?
Commissionwill be available to withdraw after the customer order has passed the 15-day return period. If the order is cancelled, or returned, the commission will be adjusted.
Where can I see my commission?
Your Affiliate dashboard shows your available commission and any withdrawal requests
How do I request a payment?
Once your commission is available and you have reached the minimum withdrawal amount, you can request a withdrawal through your Affiliate account.
What is the minimum withdrawal amount?
The minimum withdrawal amount is £10.
When do I receive payment?
Payment will be processed via bank transfer within 7 working days of your request.
Promoting Serenova
What can I promote?
You can promote individual products, campaign pages and the Serenova shop using your unique affiliate links and code.
Where can I share my affiliate links?
You can share your affiliate links through approved channels such as your website, blog, social media, email newsletter, or other marketing activities.
What does a customer receive through an affiliate?
Your customers will receive an Affiliate discount when purchasing through your unique link or code, subject to programme terms and conditions.
Can I share my discount code publicly?
You may share your discount code in accordance with the Affiliate Programme terms and conditions.
Posting codes on public voucher, coupons or discount-code sites is prohibited and may result in suspension and removal of commission.

VAT & Payments
Do I need to provide a VAT number when I apply?
If you are VAT registered, you will be asked to provide your VAT registration number during the application process. This allows Serenova to verify your VAT status and ensure your commission payments are processed correctly.
If you are not VAT registered, no actions are required.
How is my VAT number verified?
If you provide a VAT registration number, it will be checked using the official HMRC VAT verification service. Once verified, your VAT status will be recorded against your affiliate account.
What happens if I am VAT registered?
If your VAT registration number is successfully verified, VAT will be added to your commission payments when you request a withdrawal.
What happens if I am not VAT registered?
If you are not VAT registered, no VAT will be added to your commission payments. You will receive payment for the commission amount only.
Can I become an affiliate if I am not VAT registered?
Yes. You do not need to be VAT registered to participate in the Serenova Affiliate Programme.
What if my VAT status changes
If you become VAT registered after joining the programme, please contact the Serenova team at support@serenova.co.ukand provide your VAT registration number so your account can be updated.
Likewise, if your VAT registration status changes in the future, you should notify us as soon as possible.
Is VAT added automatically to all commission payments?
VAT will only be added where a valid VAT registration number has been provided and successfully verified. If no valid VAT registration is recorded on your account, payments will be made for commission only.
